We use your details only to respond to your request, give you a quote, carry out the recovery and keep in touch about that job. We may use a customer management system to store and follow up enquiries.

We don't sell your details. We only share them with service providers who help us run the business (for example, website hosting and customer management tools), and where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as needed for the job and our legal and accounting duties.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
